Delicious fresh salads and other tasty items on their menu. A clean Enviroment with lots of seating in the restaurant or you can sit outside as well. A great location in the loop.
I'm sure you'll enjoy every bite.

Healthy eating at an affordable price even downtown.

TL:DR - Possibly the most "meh" out of the Mediterranean options downtown. Everything is there, but lacking any sort of stand out flavor. Seating is tight, and there will be a line at lunch.

There seems to be more Mediterranean options around the financial district than any other type of cuisine, and as far as Mediterranean goes, Mezza is probably the most meh. Regarding seating capacity, it's pretty tight. They try to squeeze so much seating that you'll probably be sticking your butt into someone's food as you try to squeeze between the tables getting in and out of the stable of booths. And like many other places in the district, going at noon is begging to stand in line for 20 min. So don't go expecting to be in and out.

Food wise it's also the least impressive. I want to clarify, this doesn't mean it's bad, it's just not impressive. I got the spicy chicken pita, and it was just there. The chicken was chicken, it wasn't spicy or particularly flavorful. The pita was actually soft, though. The tahini sauce was just sauce with little flavor, and the toppings were also just there. Like I just ate it a few hours ago and nothing really stuck out. So it's there, it's fine, it's whatever.

I like the chickpea salad, but the pita at Mezza tastes like pool water.  Definitely not a top-runner.

I had some of their hummus today & it was by far some of the worst hummus I've EVER had, so sorry! It was so bad that I even feel a headache coming on :( I can't speak for the other food, but the hummus was so bad! :(

    Very disappointed by this location.
    The falafel were very salty.

Unfortunately, my colleague ordered falafel rice bowl and found a dead fly in the lettuce. After complaining to the cashier, they simply said that they will replace the bowl. It seemed as if they're used to such complaints .

Another strange thing I noticed was that the trash was taken out through the front entrance while people were eating their meals. Not acceptable.

I expected an option of whole wheat pita, but they only had a standard one.

On a good note, the chicken kabobs were good, so they earned another star for that. They should go more on the quantity as compared to other Mediterranean restaurants.
